Estonia may not be as well known as its northern neighbor Finland or eastern neighbor Russia. As a former Soviet republic, it has undergone remarkable renovation in all areas of life. Estonia's dynamics as a small country has made it one of the hottest (not by climate) travel destinations as well as a lucrative location for business (Skype was developed by Estonian computer wizards!) for its almost textbook approach to developing a liberal economy.
